That’s a great picture. 🙂
This is so amazingly serene.
It reminds me of the end of a very short, rustic underpass (train tracks were above) through which my husband and I used to run when we lived in Selinsgrove, PA.
We were caught by a thunderstorm during one 14-miler (we were training for our only marathon) and took shelter under the underpass “tunnel.” What fond memories! We definitely miss that area of the state now that we’ve moved to the Harrisburg region!
Thanks for jogging my mind this morning!
Angelique
Jason, many thanks! I felt very fortunate with the quality of this image – not bad for a Coolpix, eh?
Angelique, interestingly enough, this is right near the Susquehanna River, but further south of Selinsgrove – right around the Susquehanna State Park near Holtwood, PA. I just love the old stone work around this state! Thanks for sharing your memories of the tunnel from your former home – excellent muse.
Thank you.
A beautiful photo. That all light at the end of tunnels should be thus.
